Welcome to 't Doktershuys!

My name is Mark Koeken and I am your host in our monumental manor house. After over 32 years working as an artisan baker, I decided in the summer of 2021 to take a completely new direction and pursue a brand new challenge: my own B&B. This decision was fortunately unanimously supported by my family, and on February 14, 2022, we received the keys to our beautiful monumental manor house, dating from 1922. The name for my B&B was quickly chosen: over the past 100 years, six different doctors have resided in this building.

I look forward to welcoming you to my B&B and letting you enjoy the monumental atmosphere that the building exudes with its authentic details. Welcoming guests daily and pampering them is my passion, which I am happy to share with you. Come enjoy the wonderful beds and feel like royalty when you wake up in the morning. Given my background as a baker, I know better than anyone how to serve you the most delicious breakfast as the perfect start to your day!
